Introduction
SUS304 Food Industry Three Layers Rice Bran Rotary Vibrating Sieve Shaker Screen can achieve outstanding screening, sieving,grading and filtering materials in powder, particle, mucilage form.adopts enclosed design, good sealing, zero dust pollution, environmental friendly. It is also as known as three dimensional screen because it can produce horizontal, vertical, inclined motions by adjusting the upper and lower eccentric weight.In addition,diameters are available in 600mm,800mm,1000mm,1200mm,1500mm,1800mm, 2000mm, which can fully meet different requirement of feeding rate.
Working Principle
The vibration is accomplished by eccentric weights on the upper and lower ends of the motion-generator shaft. The direction of the eccentric weights can change its rotational mode, rotation of the upper weight creates vibration in the horizontal plane, which causes material to move across the screen cloth to the periphery,while the lower weight acts to tilt the machine, causing vibration in the vertical and tangential planes. The trajectories of materials on the screen can be changed by adjusting the phase angle of upper and lower weights.
Application
Rotary vibrating sieve filter separator machine is widely used in food industry, ore, mining industry, chemical industry, medical industry, waste treatment, etc. Main functions are removing impurity, filtering, classification of material, solid-liquid separation, screening.
